The first idea was used as a horse-drawn in England from 1852. Created by John Greenwood then later engine power bus started in 1923 in London, England. People had brought used double-decker and turn it into motorhome them selves which are cheaper to do and there are motorhome that are built by factory themselves but cost a lots more.

The Heat

I start with this one even though it not really a “double-decker bus”. It is a double decker trailer pull by a semi-truck. The price is at $2.5 millions and made by Big Pine Key in Florida. Company named “Anderson Mobile Estates”. Own by Will Smith and is one of the kind mobile home. It got three televisions, business lounge, makeup mirror with a built in TV, and a star trek door that open and closed with a sound effect.

You can rent this for $9000.00 per week if you like to live like a star.

Bristol Couple’s Double Decker Bus Conversion

This double-decker was strip down and turn into a motorhome by a couple. They are Marleen Bowden-Schelvis and John Bowden who met each other while traveling across the Europe. They couldn’t afford a house but they kept the 1976 bus. It is eco-friendly because of wind generator and a solar panels. The top can be use as a terrace for sun-bathing and sight-seeing.
